We offer Online sessions, using Zoom, from the safety and comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you, we ask that you have a safe place where you can talk freely

 Working on a one-to-one basis, we will explore the presenting issue and begin our journey together in processing the issues and working towards an agreed outcome.

Our initial session will be free 

I am able to offer Telephone support sessions from the comfort of your own home, if this would be a more suitable arrangement, please mention this in your initial e-mail with a contact number we can contact you on

For some of us, nature can provide a place of comfort and solitude to help process the difficult choices we face. 

Our walk will take us through some ancient woodlands and through some beautiful countryside. we will use talking therapy to help process the issues of the day, whilst connecting with Nature,

Relationships can often be tricky and continually growing and changing, there are times we may need a little extra help to talk through the issues which have arisen, we provide a confidential couple's space where both parties can feel free to talk openly, 

Our Initial Session will be free and then £45 per session 

Relationships in families can often be tricky and continually growing and changing, there are times we may need a little extra help and support to talk through the issues which have arisen within the family unit, we provide a confidential Family space where each member of the family  can feel free to talk openly and be supported by each person in the room

Our initial Session will be Free and then £50 per session
